PRANA

 PRANA

The thoughts on PRANA and its writing got rooted on December 22, 2025; after the completion of the early morning prayers. Habitually, It has become a practice of consuming a little Prasadam; and on this day ate pieces of Parssimen fruit, and felt so fulfilling to express the gratitude to the Creator.

PRANA is a Sanskrit notation, of Indian origin from the Hindus. PRANA is part and parcel of active life. PRANA is the life giver for all forms of life. PRANA is invigorated effortlessly sometimes, and with effort at other times. PRANA is a satisfying factor, helping the invigorating process in the mind.  Certain examples can bring out instigating aspects of PRANA.

Food in the fruits, make a great difference in bringing out, in no uncertain terms the significance of PRANA clearly felt, no sooner the taste buds are activated, and thereby initiating the flow of a feeling of contentment. I am sure, many of us must have experienced.

This energetic feeling is itself PRANA. It is instantaneously felt or experienced when fruit drinks are consumed. It is this satisfying and energetic feel captivating kids to frequent such centers, to the extent of addictive state. It is oaky being a healthy balance giver. Fruits with their nutritionally balanced configuration provided by nature offer the best form of holistic food that assimilates for gaining PRANA.. (Note that liquor, spirits, and other intoxicants are addictive, but not PRANA givers.)

The above example is emphasized being a consuming item and must have been experienced by many. PRANA acts as a booster, elevating and activating the energy levels, when any work is done with interest; while it generates a feeling of dragging when the work is Handled with disinterest.

Next, will illustrate an example that is also consuming, of a totally different type, experienced by the believers of Almighty; deriving PRANA, inculcated by the brain, with a feeling of completeness, attaining satisfaction and elevation of a healthy holistic nature. People could have experienced in one’s life sometimes on their visits to holy places, churches, mosques, temples, gurdwaras. This form of PRANA requires effort of a persistent nature, with belief and focussed interest; when achieved is so elevating, to experience the shrinking of time, a feeling of fullness quite different from hunger, tending to, or giving peace of mind to the soul.

Will deal with yet another PRANA totally differing from the above two examples. For instance when you are at your studies, at work, at teaching, at presentation, at publication, at yoga, research and development, science and technology, pranayama, and so on; as and when such motivated objectives are achieved, taking them to a state of attainment to cloud nine is also a PRANA that is satisfying and short lived, since the mind gets oriented to the next project.

Boosting of PRANA can be experienced while taking bath, or shower, or bathing in flowing rivers, and sea. PRANA helps the shedding of fear, by enhancing the confidence levels; Pranayama being one of the means. So also, PRANA of a family, or of a Nation is ensured with the of purpose and positivity.

PRANA exists in live beings, in each and every section of the body. It exists in all active live beings. The cited examples act as the activators of the already existing PRANA in a dormant state and that are invigorated to a feeling state and ensuring the satisfaction felt by the individual.

It is desirable to state at this stage, when PRANA does not reach some sections of a live person, issues of medically interventional nature arise. In all healthy people PRANA goes unnoticed performing action and maintaining a balance essential for life.

Based on individual thoughts and experiences and feelings, more and more examples on PRANA are possible to be added, thus leaving the note incomplete.

The positivity of PRANA is the ability to create the strength to pursue the desired objectives in life, ensuring a form of fulfillment, perhaps equivalent to Bliss or Blissfulness.

Aura

A U R A As the title suggests, intend to write, my views, on the subject of Aura. It has been fascinating me for a while. The subject was just touched upon earlier in some of my Google Bloggs. The topic is difficult, not easy to deal with, nor well understood, and perhaps with barely any information and knowledge on it. All the same, venturing to vent out, with my scientific and religious background, with the earnest hope of drawing the attention of those interested to prioritize the study and studies on Auras and Aural investigations, benefiting mankind. Aura prevails and persists with all the forms of life, existing, thanks to Almighty, for believers. Aura surrounds, individuals, and individual living lives of humans, animals, inclusive of flying birds, sea borne animals, insects; and plants and plant life. Aura acts as a communicator for transference of useful information about the individual; as an example, let us consider a human being. The five basic elements, called ‘Pancha...
