Brahma is Four Headed

BRAHMA IS THREE-HEADED? NO IS FOUR-HEADED.

I tend to write a blog every now and then due to an inner urge or thrust and is often spontaneous. This creates unrest and forces the initiation of the blog.  The present is one such bothering me in mind and soul and hence willingly trying to project my thoughts and viewpoints on a topic on which I am no authority and there could be differing views, agreeing. or disagreeing, as the subject is of a philosophical nature.

As the very title suggests Brahma is Four Headed and not Three Headed. Religious scriptures call Brahma 'Chatur Mukha Brahma'. So what do they signify and answer from my own perspective?

I am venturing to write with my limited knowledge and from my own imaginary standpoint and scientific background on Brahma. Hindus are of the view that Brahma is the 'Regulator' of all life. Pictures of Brahma invariably depict as Three Headed. He is considered to maintain The Records of all Life and in all its forms. By all forms means not necessarily human life alone. Brahma takes stock of the culmination and termination of life. Thus, has a role in maintaining equanimity and balance in all life forms existing in Nature.

The Nature that is regulated by Brahma is spread over horizons of nature, extending not only to live on the Earth but also, to Its Crustal Interiors called 'Pathalam' going below the surface of the earth; as well as to Its Exteriors held up by the Gravitational and Atmospheric Regions supporting Life. This observation and thinking of the ancient Rishis and the Enactments in the Scriptures of the past and Vedas show grounds for these points of view.

Therefore, the sustenance of Life in its Human Forms and Animal Forms that we all know and are aware of on the Earth's Surface is the First Part.

We are equally aware of Life in Its varied forms within the Crustal Seas and Surface of the Sea, or the Sea Bottom, where Plant Life and Animal Life thrive; besides different forms of Insect Life, as well as other forms of life, such as snakes, rodents, hedgehogs, bandicoots, rabbits, spasms, raccoons, etc surviving in burrows that are naturally formed or built for themselves are of the Second Part.

All of us also know about the existence of other forms of life such as birds, flying insects, and insects with short life spans that move in swarms in the air and so on are dependent on the atmosphere and air currents over the Earth take the Third Part.

In the present context of perspective thinking, the above-discussed demarcations seem quite appropriate literally supporting the Activities of Brahma viz., over the surface of the Earth; in the Crustal Interior of the Earth; and above the Earth's Surface.

This is perhaps the reason for the Ancient Civilizations of Vedic Culture that prevail embedded amongst Hindus and Hindu Culture pervading till today and depicting Brahma with the capabilities of governing the life spans of the different forms of live beings using three of his heads, and in general, influencing the Life over all the Three Parts projected hitherto. The fourth head perhaps connotes the capabilities of Brahma for the evaluation of the Time factor that decides the extent of the life span of each and every live being,

As already stated in the introduction, these views are of the blogger; and willingly will accept any criticism, and is open to learning and getting educated. The central idea of the writing is to support the Four-Headed Nature of Brahma governing the Three Parts with HIS REGULATORY ROLE, as well as evaluating the TIME SPANS of every life and all the known forms of life.

  1. Makes sense. So Brahma is analogous to the different life forms.

Aura

A U R A As the title suggests, intend to write, my views, on the subject of Aura. It has been fascinating me for a while. The subject was just touched upon earlier in some of my Google Bloggs. The topic is difficult, not easy to deal with, nor well understood, and perhaps with barely any information and knowledge on it. All the same, venturing to vent out, with my scientific and religious background, with the earnest hope of drawing the attention of those interested to prioritize the study and studies on Auras and Aural investigations, benefiting mankind. Aura prevails and persists with all the forms of life, existing, thanks to Almighty, for believers. Aura surrounds, individuals, and individual living lives of humans, animals, inclusive of flying birds, sea borne animals, insects; and plants and plant life. Aura acts as a communicator for transference of useful information about the individual; as an example, let us consider a human being. The five basic elements, called ‘Pancha...

HINDU WORSHIP AND WISDOM

HINDU WORSHIP AND WISDOM   Hinduism engulfs ‘Hindu worship’, as one of the several Hindu practices. Worship of God, offering prayers, at home, and in Temples have been in vogue for ages past, and such practices have inculcated unity in the Hindus, wherever they may be. Such worship, helped the community to elevate themselves, both physically and mentally. Worship also provided a unifying force, for a form of orderliness in the prayers. Worship and prayers, got diversified with the passage of time, resulting in other forms of expressing devotion, like group singing, Nagara Sankeerthana, the evolution of discourses, pravachanas, a mix of dancing with singing, dancing with animals like oxen, and so on. Worship also provided other practices like involvement of animals like elephants, horses, camels, in pageantry; while monkeys and bears became a part of a form of puppetry; and so also the use of parrots and sparrows for trying once luck in predicting from astrological predetermi...
